Honest and Compassionate

After battling a custody issue for almost 6 years, we hired Greg to represent us and it was the best decision we've ever made! Greg was quick to respond to emails/phone calls, he was organized, and had a game plan from the very beginning. Greg was transparent and truly cared about what we wanted in t...he custody agreement. He was upfront and realistic about what to expect and always made time to meet with us if we were unsure about anything. His focus was on our child, and that spoke volumes to us. Greg listened and was empathetic with our situation, which was evident in how he advocated for us in court. I would recommend Greg to anyone struggling with family court issues. I can't say enough positive things about him.

If you want a caring, professional and diligent lawyer, Mr. Greg Duke is the lawyer you want. He is the only lawyer who could do what most others said they could not. Amazing & assertive

Best Lawyer in Greenville!

I really can not say enough good things about Mr. Duke. He represented me in a divorce and I came back to him for a second divorce and custody. In both cases, things were very uncertain at times and I felt nothing but support and genuine caring from him. He not only gave me support through a rough... time in my life, but was always professional and had sound legal advice and guided me through the process. He never set a timer and thoroughly listened to my concerns. He was honest with me, even when it was something I didn't want to hear or maybe didn't benefit him, but was the best thing for my case. Just doesn't get any better than Him

We hired Gregory Duke because he was recommended by our previous attorney for child custody. Now came the time for full custody of my granddaughters. It was down to the wire but he went full force head on in a short time..He made us feel very safe and confident about our case and put in the work. He ...studied every area of evedince her could to make our case stronger and present in a tactdul manner. His opening argument was just that, he stood our ground on the behalf of our daughter that he was going to prove our case and that my daughter was a wonderful deserving mother .Our case never made it to trial because his opening defense was strong enough the judge made up his mind that he was ready to settle behind closed doors. We walked away from our case with exactly what we expected.
