Average Joe

Hi, I am going through a very long drawn out divorce and custody battle with my ex wife regarding our 7 year old daughter. I hired a local attorney to get thru this. All they did was take my money and continue the case for about 2 years. I was at my wits end and had no idea what to do. I done some ...research and talked to a few people and Greg Duke was recommended. I had a consultation with him and I knew from the way he talked he was the one so I scrapped together the money and hired him on the spot. Mr Duke done his research on my previous court cases and compiled all the information into several binders that looked to be a foot thick each. For the next 9 or 10 months , I felt like he went above and beyond with my case. He sent me endless texts and emails to keep me updated on what was going on even on Sundays. When it come court time he was as prepared as a boy scout. We still don't know the out come of the case because of all the information the judge had to go thru, but you can bet whatever it is Mr. Duke gave it his all and I am thoroughly satitisefied with the job he done. At all times he was professional and he knew the law sometimes I think better than the judge. I hope I never have to go to court ever again, but you can bet if I do I'm going looking for Greg Duke again as long as he'd represent me. He has even gone as far to touch base with me after the case and see how I'm doing. That in itself meant alot. Thank you Greg Duke, you are the man. Kevin Ricjs

Custody && Divorce

I couldn't have asked for a better attorney! I had previously hired an attorney that just wasn't keeping in contact or doing much for me at all, except disappointing me and making me feel as though me or my kids did not matter. I did my research and he was also recommended to me. He's so patient and ...understanding. When he spoke with me he didn't make me feel rushed or like I was just another file in his cabinet. He actually cared and took the time to listen! And that meant a lot. It's rare to find a genuine attorney that both cares and does a really awesome job and keeps in contact with you and makes you feel like you and your kids matter. Custody has been the absolute worst thing I have ever had to endure in life but thankful for him, we were able to get 50/50 custody and my divorce expedited and over with. I absolutely, 100%, recommend Mr. Duke. If I ever need him again, which I hope I don't, there is absolutely no doubt he will be the first person to come to mind! You will not be disappointed!

The attorney you need

Divorce is a stressful part of one's life. It drags on for months. A good attorney can make it easy for you. I was fortunate that I came in contact with Mr. Duke. This was after researching other attorneys in the area and firing one. Several things stand out about him. One is ease of contact. He repl...ies promptly to your queries. Unlike others where you have to go through third parties to reach the attorney and then wait for hours or may even a day or two before getting any response. Some concerns may be urgent for the clients. He is very polite and listens to you patiently. He will find time to meet you/talk to you after hours or on the weekend. Not a lot of people do that. Also, you don't feel like that he is striping you off of every nickel and dime. You get the feeling that he is genuinely trying to help you at a personal level. And it's all about that. The trust and the connection that I have developed with him is helping me tremendously. My case is still ongoing, and the opposing party has made it difficult in a lot of aspects. But Mr. Duke has done his best to help me so far. Highly recommended!

Best Lawyer in Greenville!

I really can not say enough good things about Mr. Duke. He represented me in a divorce and I came back to him for a second divorce and custody. In both cases, things were very uncertain at times and I felt nothing but support and genuine caring from him. He not only gave me support through a rough... time in my life, but was always professional and had sound legal advice and guided me through the process. He never set a timer and thoroughly listened to my concerns. He was honest with me, even when it was something I didn't want to hear or maybe didn't benefit him, but was the best thing for my case. Even with how uncertain everything was from one day to the next, I found comfort knowing that Mr. Duke always had my best interests in mind and would take care of it to the best of his ability. He not only has my utmost respect, but is very well respected in the legal community because of his great knowledge of the law and professionalism. I will continue to recommend him to anyone in need of legal advice on family matters.

Beyond a Lawyer

Mr. Duke - A lawyer beyond his work! Mr Duke has been representing (and by that I mean full heartedly by my side) for the past 5 yrs. I have been through several, unfortunate and ugly battles dealing with divorce and child custody concerns. (And they aren't over) Through each one, Mr. Duke was never ...short of amazing, compassionate, caring, thorough, determined, and all around excelled at fighting our side of the case! Regardless of my weak, scared moments - Mr Duke stood right there, kept my head where it needed to be, gave affirmation and made me a stronger person and mother over time! During trial, it wasn't just another case to him. I felt like Mr Duke was fighting for his own family! Not to mention he was always strong, knowledgabIe of every aspect, and was passionate in his work! He didn't just prove points, he believed in them!
