Highly Recommended

I retained Mr. Duke for a custody matter that had a lot of complexity and had a great experience all around. First, he was available and always made time to discuss, explain, and answer any questions I had. He didn't watch a clock and move on to the next case at the end of an hour, he made sure our m...eetings were thorough and I knew where we were at all times. Second, he was very knowledgeable and represented me well in the court room. He is a straight shooter, gets down to business, and gets it done. Third, price wise he was very fair and didn't nickel and dime me on every 2 minute discussion we had to have. In fact one of the things I enjoyed most was that we spoke financials as needed, but I didn't feel as though everything revolved around when I was dropping off another check. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend retaining him of you need counsel. He will guide you through your processes and be realistic and up front about challenges, what to expect, and likely potential outcomes.

Outstanding Service

Mr. Duke provided me with phenomenal service! I was in desperate need of legal representation for a child custody case and wanted to hire a lawyer that genuinely cared, understood the position I was in, and was willing to fight for me. Mr. Duke was just that person! I was amazed at how he immediately... jumped on my case. Extremely professional, easy to get in contact with and everything was done in a timely manner. Mr. Duke provided me with sound advice and guidance. He made sure that he was fully aware of what I was seeking, that I was fully aware of my options, and the best way to proceed with my case. He made sure that I was apart of every decision made. He assured me that as my lawyer, he was there to protect me and the situation regarding my case. I felt as if I could have faced several giants in that courtroom with Mr. Duke by my side. Mr. Duke did his job extremely well and I don't think it could have been done any better. I was very pleased and would recommend his services to anyone.

Amazing & assertive

Mr. Duke represented us for custody and child support. He always listens attentively and is compassionate through difficult discussions. He offers great advice and represented us well. Outcomes are phenomenal.

Great Attorney

Mr. Duke may present as very quiet and meek, but he is listening to each and every word you are saying. He is professional, competent and compassionate. He went out of his way to accommodate my schedule as well as my children's. More than prepares for court.

Beyond a Lawyer

Mr. Duke - A lawyer beyond his work! Mr Duke has been representing (and by that I mean full heartedly by my side) for the past 5 yrs. I have been through several, unfortunate and ugly battles dealing with divorce and child custody concerns. (And they aren't over) Through each one, Mr. Duke was never ...short of amazing, compassionate, caring, thorough, determined, and all around excelled at fighting our side of the case!
