N. David Mufuka

This was the worst lawyer experience I’ve ever had. David Mufuka failed to contact me until after my first court date was scheduled. He then forwarded my original first continuance by over two weeks. Obviously, concerned with money and time and not the client. After needing a continuance due to COVID..., College Exams, and Work David demanded more money. Refused to take the documentation within given time limits and was trying to finish my case as fast as possible without concern for my safety.

I had gotten a speeding ticket at a really stressful point in my life, which unfortunately worsened the stress. Went to hire a lawyer and was linked to using Mr. Mufuka, who instantly reassured me that it was highly likely that we could get the ticket reduced to a non-moving violation and there would... be no issues with my insurance. Waited for my court date, and when the court date and time occurred, I was reached promptly with the great news that the reduction had been approved. I owed a fee, but no other repercussions took place. This was so beyond easy and relaxing and painless and I can't stress enough how much that meant for me in that time. So grateful to have had such a knowledgeable lawyer, and now I have no worry about my speeding ticket any longer.

Mr. David Mufuka assisted me with 2 separate traffic violations; one for speeding and another for expired registration. In the initial contact David called and explained to how he planned to resolve the case. I did not once have to show up to court as he attended on my behalf. He provided updates and... was extremely polite and professional throughout the process. Ultimately he was able to get my expired registration violation completely dismissed and got my speeding ticket reduced to Improper Equipment. I was extremely relieved as this could have significantly impacted my insurance rates and driving record. I am beyond pleased with David's service and highly recommend him for his professionalism and results!
