First of all, I submitted my request to Maria late December, during the holiday season. Maria was personable, responsive, and got the lease agreement back to me in record time. She advised and educated me on the NC lease agreement landmines and helped me to avoid them contractually. Very appreciative... of her attention to detail and thoroughness in this situation.

My Fiancé and I were having issues with a landlord that was trying to take advantage of us with a house rental. I will be the first one to tell you that I am not very good with legal issues, so our situation with our landlord was getting a bit overwhelming. As soon as we consulted with Maria and hire...d her for her services, our stress and anxiety went away. Without knowing what our rights were on this particular issue, she explained what avenues we could take to move forward. It turns out what our landlord was attempting was very illegal and Maria DOMINATED them. I truly appreciate when someone is great at what they do, and watching her work was incredible.
