hired rachael to represent me in dvpo/temp custody situation. went to speak with palme law firm but ended up with her instead of their lead lawyer. she was negotiating with my ex wife's attorney and they kept throwing on stipulations and conditions. she agreed to add them in saying "they have you o...ver a barrel" so im convinced i ended up with more constraints than if i had represented myself. resulting order keeps coming around to bite me because its so porous. keep looking is my advice.

I hired Rachel Beard to handle my custody case, she messed up several parts of the order (almost gave my kids father physical custody) after letting her know she fixed it. Then at the final hearing she rushed me reading the documents and had changed several things without my knowledge. Seemed to care... more for the other person involved whom wasn't paying her. So I am stuck 2 years in a row with my children for the holidays. When asked her about it I got "well its done now nothing I can do" really it's your screw up atleast try and fix it. I wouldn't recommend Rachel Beard at all. If you do use her please, please go threw the order with a fine tooth comb.
