Len C. Mueller

I am a private investigator that has worked with Len through the years on several cases. She is a driving force on behalf of her clients. She is always available whenever I have a question regarding a case or need to clarify an issue. She has pushed both myself and my staff to the limits in terms of... making sure our final work product is the best it can be for her clients. She is always fully prepared for court and I am always proud to be seated behind her. Len is a driving force and I highly respect her candor, work ethic and most of all dedication to her clients.

I hired Len Mueller to assist with divorce matters and a separation agreement. Everything seemed ok at first, and she asked for relevant financial documents and started working on an agreement for distribution. I then started to notice that little progress was being made on my case, and it seemed t...hat I couldn’t get Len’s attention unless I made an appointment to come into her office for a conference. During these conferences, she would bill me close to, or in excess of, a thousand dollars each time, and we would often rehash the same issues. I then had trouble getting her or her staff to even respond to emails, and I had no choice but to send her a message conveying my dissatisfaction with her representation, and asking her to cease work. She basically told me to come pick up my file and wished me good luck. I asked for an electronic copy of my separation agreement, as a courtesy, so I could at least complete on my own. She would not respond to the request. In sum, I paid her nearly $4500 and walked away at close to square-one. In the end, I felt that she became argumentative and unprofessional to me. A previous reviewer stated that “she will only work cases she believes in fighting” so maybe mine wasn’t one of them.

Len and her firm are wonderful. I can not be happier with them. Everyone works so well together, it amazes me. My questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. Even after the divorce was final, she was there answering my questions. The process isn't a pleasant one, but having Len with me helped so... much. There has never been a time when I reached out and she wasn't there. She went above and beyond.

Ms. Mueller took her time to work with me to first learn what I needed and wanted and then to help me to obtain these things. She was always very thorough and hardworking, taking the extra step to make sure my concerns were both adequately heard and then addressed. She explained the legal process i...nvolved with divorce in NC and broke it down so I could see my different options. She was both professional and personable at all times, making her a pleasure to work with, especially considering my reason for needing to retain her services. I was very pleased with Ms. Mueller and her entire firm and would highly recommend her service to others.

Len is smart, focused, and passionate about her clients. I interviewed and worked with two attorneys before Len, include a high profile family lawyer from one of the largest local firms. I was losing ground with their advice. Len turned the tide in my favor in very short order. She rearranged her ...entire week to take my case. Len understands technology, how to leverage computer forensics, and how to use the legal system to acquire information off devices. To see her in court or a deposition is a thing of beauty, if only she is on your side of the table. Easily one of the worst days of my EXs life. She will push you and her team to greater heights to get you results. During a very difficult time, she will make you laugh. More than a business associate, I consider Len a friend that will always be there. She will only work cases she believes in fighting, so hope yours is one.
