When I went to the Durham office for my initial consultation and setting up my Chapter 13 they were the best. They were knowledgeable and responsive and I wish I would have had the choice to stay with them. The reason I say this is now that my Chapter 13 is active I was assigned to the main office an...d Wheatley Honeycutt was assigned as my new paralegal. I swear every time I need to get in contact with her I never can!!! I swear to you either I am on hold for over 20 minutes (and if you are on hold that feels like an hour) or if I email her I do not get a thorough response. Either she just answers one of my questions or she doesn't make it detailed enough. Not to mention there is always a lady that answers the phone and she is just as bad because she sounds annoyed that she has to even answer the phone, I swear these people need to take customer service classes because their professionalism and mannerism sucks. They need to get a few pointers from the Durham office because they are a whole lot better in every category. If it just so happens that they are that busy than they just need to get more people because right now the experience I had once I was transferred to the main office is not good at all.

The initial process went well in Fayetteville. After I was told to contact the Raleigh office for post legal support it became very STRESSFUL This is an extremely stressful as well as emotional time in a persons life and I feel that I was not supported adequately after I was referred to the post le...gal department. I could never get phone calls or emails returned and was treated as if I had been abandoned.

Not a very good experience-- John, So far this has been terrible expience for me. Your staff is unprofessional and I am totally of afriad of what will happen to my case. I guess I need to contact the Bankruptcy Admin to ask them what to do. Not a very good expirence at all. I call your office, t...hey tell me, she said she don't need to talk to you. I will be glad when this nightmare is over. I have questions, right now and can't get an answer.

I was working w/another atty for months that just made matters worst. He had given up and I was days away from losing my house.
