We consulted Mr. Alexander on the matter of a Special Needs Trust for adult son as well as all matters involved in planning our estate. Our initial conversation, because of COVID restrictions, took place over ZOOM. In spite of the "impersonal" nature of interaction, we felt very comfortable with Mr...

He handled death and trust related filings and made it easy during a very difficult time of grief . We a...

I have used Bill's firm twice. Once when my Mom was alive and again recently for a personal follow-up. In my Mom's case Bill saved us thousands of dollars by making suggestions that I never would have known about. Most recently, Bill helped my wife and myself to get our financial house in order. ...

"Bill Alexander is one of the premier elder law and estate planning attorneys in our state. He is extremely experienced, professional, and knowledgeable about a wide variety of complex elder law and estate planning matters. Bill is an excellent lawyer, a trustworthy counselor, and a very helpful and friendly colleague. There are a few top-tier attorneys in our profession and Bill is one of them."
"As an estate planning attorney and a Certified Public Accountant in Florida with over 35 years of practice helping clients organize their estates to avoid probate and various taxes, I feel most comfortable referring our clients in North Carolina to Bill. Laws can vary from state to state and one needs to be on top of the local law. Bill has a unique way of explaining technical concepts in a manner that makes them understandable not only to other skilled professionals in our field, but also to clients who lack the knowledge about the issues that are involved. I have watched Bill explain the way the law operates to clients that we have referred to him. His practical experience and bedside manner is exceptional. If you are in need of advice with respect to estate planning, elder law or have any questions about benefits that have been set aside to assist veterans, I would highly recommend you seek Bill's counsel."
"I heartily endorse Bill Alexander as a highly capable lawyer in elder law and estate planning. Bill is a well respected, professional and caring attorney who is very knowledgeable in these areas of expertise. I enjoy consulting with Bill on cases from time to time, and I do not hesitate to recommend someone to his office."
"I endorse this lawyer because he ia an experienced competant attorney who I have worked with on many ocassions I have found him to very honest and erudite."
