Chris recently represented me in a DUI case. I was charged after I was rear-ended at a stoplight and then I was administered a sobriety test, which showed blood-alcohol below the limit. I was charged anyway and the arresting officer's report included several exaggerations and misstatements that made... the situation sound much worse than it was.
