Chris Dozier is a Raleigh native and former Wake County Prosecutor practicing criminal defense litigation in Wake County. His practice includes DWI/DUI defense, criminal misdemeanor and felony defense as well as handling traffic cases. He brings a unique skill set and knowledge of the court system to fight for your case each and every day.
Chris has been practicing criminal law and civil defense litigation in Wake County since 2009 and and will put his experience as a former Prosecutor and Litigation Defense Attorney to work for you. Having tried hundreds of cases from DWI to assaults and drug cases in both District Court to dozens and before juries in Superior Court, Chris will bring the courtroom experience that your case deserves. Replied last May 03, 2016I regret that I was not able to communicate with this client as much as they would have preferred. I was able to get this case dismissed and hope that a dismissal of the charge would supersede any issues there may have been with communication. I try to be accessible during the weekday, however there are times when I am not available (nights and weekends) for immediate response. Again, communication and timely responses to my clients are a priority for me in my practice and I apologize if I did not communicate as easily as this client would have preferred.
