Long road but great help.

I was faced with a hard spot in my life as far as my financial future after a serious worker comp case due to a on the job injury. My case started in March of 2003 and was settled in June of 2009. My case was very complicated due to the nature of my injury and the Company I worked for unwilling to se...ttle the case. My Lawyer Mr. Travis Payne never wavered and fought very hard with tireless hours on my case never allowing Workers Comp or the Company to do anything but what was fair and just. Mr. Travis Payne is the person you want on your side when you don't know where to turn when your life has been turned upside down by a on the job injury. Mr. Payne is a person of great integrity and he will fight for your rights no matter how long it takes and when he says he cares about what happens to you it's a fact.

Review of Mr Travis Payne

I hired Mr Payne in June 2005 after a back injury that occured in 2003. At this point I was being terminated by the town I worked for as a Captain in the Fire Department. I was also a member of the IAFF Local in my town. Mr Payne helped me to understand the laws and what could be done for me. It didn...'t take me long to realize that he was extremely good at his job. Workers Comp was giving me a hard time and I was extremely stressed after being forced into retirement and not knowing who to trust. Mr Payne explained everything to me in a way that even a firefighter could understand. He was there for myself and my wife thru the next ten years. My case was finally setteled and thru this experience I feel that my family got the best representation from Mr Payne that could have been received from any lawyer. He is well known in the IAFF of North Carolina Local Unions and will always be the go to for any advice that I need in the future. I can also say that not only was he a extremely good lawyer he is also an outstanding person.
