Biography
Mr. Cotten is a native of Fuquay Varina in Wake County, North Carolina. He attended primary education in Fuquay and has many family members from the area.
After completing his high school education he signed and played professional baseball within the Pittsburgh Pirate organization for five years before returning to Campbell University to earn a BA in Trust and Investment Management.
He then worked in the banking and wealth management industry for three years while earning numerous designations including the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER designation.
After graduating from Campbell University's School of Law Mr. Cotten then went out on his own to establish Cotten Law, PLLC in the heart of downtown Fuquay.

Speed ticket
Very reliable. Represented me for a speed ticket for 85 on a 65. It was my first in 3 years, and Mr. Cotten reduced it to 74. Moreover, being the first citation, he did not request PJC, which means that I can use it in the future.
