Biography
Mr. Cotten is a native of Fuquay Varina in Wake County, North Carolina. He attended primary education in Fuquay and has many family members from the area.
After completing his high school education he signed and played professional baseball within the Pittsburgh Pirate organization for five years before returning to Campbell University to earn a BA in Trust and Investment Management.
He then worked in the banking and wealth management industry for three years while earning numerous designations including the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER designation.
After graduating from Campbell University's School of Law Mr. Cotten then went out on his own to establish Cotten Law, PLLC in the heart of downtown Fuquay.

Speeding ticket

Best rates and did exactly what he said he would do. My court date was changed several time due to COVID 19. I didn’t have to worry about it or update them. They said they were on top of it. When the date actually came it was resolved no worries.

I was clocked going 89 in a 65 zone. Mr. Cotten was able to get this reduced to a moving violation due to my 10-year clean driving record.
