I was clocked going 89 in a 65 zone. Mr. Cotten was able to get this reduced to a moving violation due to my 10-year clean driving record. They were always punctual is communication, and it was very easy to pay one time and have all the fees handled at the time. I would highly recommend Mr. Cotten...! My trust in the way my case was being handled never waivers once; and we got the best possible outcome (no insurance points and didn’t have use the pray for judgement)!

Mr. Cotten was called by another lawyer that a friend of mine has. Being in a different county, Atkinson, NC where we reside, his lawyer reached out to Mr. Cotten since my ticket was in Clinton,NC. Mr. Cotten spoke to me over the phone, asked a few questions, paid his fee over the phone, submitted ES...ign doc to my email address retaining him for my next day court date. Signed doc & made payment over phone with Mr. Cotten. He was very professional with a human to human, friendly, reassuring attitude towards me. He said he would show up in court in my behalf the next morning at 930 & I would not have 2 be there. He took care of everything like he promised & later that afternoon emailed me links to complete my payment for court costs & what had transpired within my case.
