Mr. Cotten was called by another lawyer that a friend of mine has. Being in a different county, Atkinson, NC where we reside, his lawyer reached out to Mr. Cotten since my ticket was in Clinton,NC. Mr. Cotten spoke to me over the phone, asked a few questions, paid his fee over the phone, submitted ES...ign doc to my email address retaining him for my next day court date. Signed doc & made payment over phone with Mr. Cotten. He was very professional with a human to human, friendly, reassuring attitude towards me.
