If I could give zero stars I would

DO NOT hire this attorney! He has payment plans for a reason. He has to do all of the work himself, often forcing clients to do too much. Turns out my ex was willing to settle but Mr. Schupp wasn't returning her attorneys messages!!!! If Mr. Schupp would communicate with other attorneys I could ha...ve saved ALOT of money, time, and massive stress. Instead, he feeds your ego and convinces you to go to court. Isn't an attorney supposed to do what is best overall for his client? And he claims to be a Christian, which is part of the reason I hired him. I thought he'd pursue a peaceful settlement. Instead, I got a court battle. If you want an attorney who'll do whatever you want, even if it's not in your best interest, hire this guy. He's happy to make more money by going to court instead of doing all things necessary to reach a peaceful settlement. Payment plans sound great, but in the end you still pay more than you should have had to, and you'll be robbed of your peace in the process.

First Rate Attorney

Mr. Schupp helped me with a child custody case and I was very impressed. He is dedicated, thorough, and ethical. He gave me proper advice on how to handle the case and followed through with each step in a methodical, yet sensitive manner and kept me informed. For me, it was most important to be repre...sented by a Christian lawyer who would steer me in the right direction, and he certainly did. I strongly recommend Mr. Schupp.

I hired Mr. Schupp when an individual was harassing myself and my wife online. Mr. Schupp worked swiftly and competently. I followed his recommendations exactly and my request for a no-contact order was granted. To top it off, he didn’t charge me and arm and a leg to get it done. You will not fin...d a lawyer who “knows his stuff” better than Mr. Schupp. The best legal decisions you can make are to hire Mr. Schupp and then do EXACTLY as he says. He will not steer you wrong and he will work tirelessly to get the best possible outcome for you. I’d go back to Mr. Schupp in a heartbeat if I needed to!

Child Custody Case

Mr Schupp was recommended to me through my family law attorney to represent me in a child custody appeals case. My child’s father appealed the verdict on our custody hearing. Mr Schupp was wonderful! He kept my informed throughout the whole process, and was always easy to contact. He responds quickly... to phone calls and emails. He was confident and helped ease my worries throughout the case. I’m thankful to have found such a great attorney!

Robert's review

Robert was retained to appeal 2 assault charges that was unfairly taken out on my daughter, Superior court was in Durham County. He moved swiffly with submitting the paperwork to the courts, he kept us informed, he was open to listening to our input on his strategies, which were well thought out by h...im before he presented them to us. He made good decisions about which jurors to keep and which ones to dismiss. He made good calls on how to make an appeal to the jury, provided great closings arguments, leaving no doubts in the minds of the jurors. Traveled 3 days in a row from Willow Springs to Durham to represent my daughter and stayed all day until the verdict came in. Both charges were dismissed! I'm thankful and I greatly appreciate all of his hard work, oh yeah and his fee was fair as well.
