AVOID THIS ATTORNEY

Good lawyer, I guess, for clean-cut, easy cases. Absolutely abysmal, appalling, and abhorent attorney if there are *any* points of contention, need for show cause, preparedness for trial or even child support hearings when you own your own business. Has a consistent history of continuing cases when h...e's nervous about the opposing counsel, and gives non-credible excuses for those continances. He will also withhold extremely important legal moves as options based on his impression of your financial situation, rather than laying out all options in a case. Gives unheard of bad advice such as, "If you get a check from the opposing party, cash it immediately, regardless of who will eventually owe, and will tell you not to pay child support until a judge orders you to. Demands that your communication be in writing, then only responds by phone call (no written documentation on his end). I suggest that if you use him, every time he calls you, send him a follow up email with a summary of your conversation and a request for confirmation. Because of this man, I see my children only 3 days per month, and have been ordered to pay more in child support than I make. His advice to me was, "just pay what you can. The worst that will happen will be that you go to jail."

I was in Big trouble

1st Mr.Schupp is very reasonably priced and made a payment plan that I personally could afford. Mr. Schupp is very knowledgeable when it comes to the Nc law, Before I met Mr. Schupp I had all intentions of taking a five year prison sentence. But after are consultation I went from giving up to puttin...g it all on the line and rolling the dice and going to trial. During trial I was absolutely impressed with the professional way he worked the court room. He made the D.A look like a public pretender. In the end I was found not guilt on all 9 charges I would recommend Mr. Schupp for all you court needs I personally will never use a different attorney ever again

So happy with Robert Schupp!

Robert did an excellent job during my custody case! He knows all of the different judges from different counties and knows their likes, dislikes, annoyances, and previous judgments. He is not a bulldog in court.. At first this worried me during my trial because we were against a lawyer who attacked m...y character the whole time. Instead, Robert stayed focused on the case and stuck to the facts at trial. He truly had my child’s best interest in mind the entire time and did not get caught up in the drama. I’m so glad I stayed patient and trusted his experience! Robert is very reasonably priced compared to other lawyers. Expect to do some of the leg work. Provide him with all documentation you need and highlight important case points. He is good about providing updates if you ask him. He responds and files paperwork promptly. Highly recommend!

First Rate Attorney

Mr. Schupp helped me with a child custody case and I was very impressed. He is dedicated, thorough, and ethical. He gave me proper advice on how to handle the case and followed through with each step in a methodical, yet sensitive manner and kept me informed. For me, it was most important to be repre...sented by a Christian lawyer who would steer me in the right direction, and he certainly did. I strongly recommend Mr. Schupp.
