1st Mr.Schupp is very reasonably priced and made a payment plan that I personally could afford. Mr. Schupp is very knowledgeable when it comes to the Nc law, Before I met Mr. Schupp I had all intentions of taking a five year prison sentence. But after are consultation I went from giving up to puttin...g it all on the line and rolling the dice and going to trial. During trial I was absolutely impressed with the professional way he worked the court room. He made the D.A look like a public pretender. In the end I was found not guilt on all 9 charges I would recommend Mr. Schupp for all you court needs I personally will never use a different attorney ever again

Robert Schupp is the worst lawyer you could ever hire to fight for you and the biggest pushover. He consistently attempts to convince me to settle everytime for whatever is easiest for him. He rarely supports what I as his client request of him. He has lost me almost every single case except the ones... where i prepared my own statments and refused his advice to settle or continue. He is never prepared to go to trial and even worse is scared to go to trial. He has lost everything for me and still treats me as though I deserve what ive paid for which is over $10,000 to barely see my daughter and constantly sacrifice time with her as I have no rights thanks to Robert. And still Im fighting a bogus charge from a lying conniving woman against my name 2 years after, waiting to go to trial for this disgraceful crime I never comitted. Save your money for a lawyer who is actually on your side and fights for you, wish I had

Robert was retained to appeal 2 assault charges that was unfairly taken out on my daughter, Superior court was in Durham County. He moved swiffly with submitting the paperwork to the courts, he kept us informed, he was open to listening to our input on his strategies, which were well thought out by h...im before he presented them to us. He made good decisions about which jurors to keep and which ones to dismiss. He made good calls on how to make an appeal to the jury, provided great closings arguments, leaving no doubts in the minds of the jurors. Traveled 3 days in a row from Willow Springs to Durham to represent my daughter and stayed all day until the verdict came in. Both charges were dismissed! I'm thankful and I greatly appreciate all of his hard work, oh yeah and his fee was fair as well.

Without going into details I will say that I had an extensive case. My case involved me facing falsely placed criminal charges while fighting for custody of my children. When facing any type legal issue, especially with what I was facing, you need someone standing in your corner fighting for you a...nd your rights. Robert is that attorney. He cares about his clients. He is extremely competent and knowledgeable. Backed with his experience he is the one you need in your corner. When the dust settled, all of the false charges against me were dropped! And on top of that he fought hard and I won full sole and physical custody of my children. He was very affordable considering my situation. He worked with me on payment. He always gave me and my case the kind of attention that seemed as if I were his only client.
