John and his team have been a guiding light on a rather dark path. Since My Ex is trying to not only take my son to Germany, and trying to take sole custody, John and his team have been there every step of the way. With my Ex residing in a different county, we filed the paperwork for jurisdictio...n in Chapel Hill the moment my Ex threatened my visitation with our son. Even though we did not win Jurisdiction, this was no fault of John's. The judge granted the Jurisdiction to Fayetteville NC on the grounds of convienience of witnesses. (Mind you, completely disregarding our witnesses). Since then we have obtained counsel in Fayetteville, and the level of care John provided is unmatched. John would respond in less than 48 hours to any email or phone call, while now I wait for 1.5 to 2 weeks just to get a phone call. John has worked with us every step of the way, and has even offered advice while I had to wait for my new counsel to respond. Without hesitation I would hire his firm again for representation should it arise!
