I hired Mr. Howard on a contingency fee basis due to his outstanding reviews for what appeared to be an open and close personal injury claim. The claim turned out to be more complicated than we all originally thought and Mr. Howard sought the advice of another firm. I spoke with Mr. Howard on July ...27, 2016 and he did not mention any problems with the claim. This morning, August 14, 2016, at 0519 PST, I received an email from Mr. Howard stating he could not move forward on the claim due to "business purposes". Just dropped without any further explanation. Luckily, there is still time to pursue the claim prior to statutory deadlines. But knowing the reason (s) for his withdrawal would benefact the next attorney reviewing the claim. Sometimes 5 stars aren't enough.

Long story short, Jeffrey is a great attorney! He handled my personal injury case like a champ. I got rear ended at the end of August of 2013 and the next day, he took on my case.
