PRO
also known as Nat Smith
I have enjoyed the privilege of representing individuals, families, and businesses throughout North Carolina for over 20 years. I look forward to continuing to provide competent, conscientious, and ethical legal services to our firm's clients in the years ahead.
When I'm not in court or in the office, I love to hang out with my family or play bass in my bluegrass/old time string band, the Guilty Pleasures. Everyone needs balance in their lives, and playing music helps keep me sane. Most of the time, anyway.

Mr. Smith was very helpful in settling my claim with an automobile insurance company. He was fair, honest, and extremely competent.
"Our firm recently had the pleasure of working with Mr. Smith in a long and difficult Estate litigation which culminated in a week long jury trial, tried to a verdict (in Mr. Smith's favor). As a young lawyer I learned a great deal just observing Mr. Smith. His reputation preceded him and his performance did not disappoint. He was compassionate and precise, ingredients of the consummate litigator."
"Nat was a pleasure to work with, as he acted reasonably throughout the case. Our clients certainly had their differences. Nat represented his client's interests zealously while maintaining a professional tone during our dealings."
"Nat is a true professional. Not only is he highly competent in his areas of practice, he is smart, compassionate, and well-regarded by colleagues and clients alike. I highly endorse him."
"I have known Nat Smith for 22 years and recommend him wholeheartedly. He is smart, compassionate, and determined to do a good job of representing his client. I have referred cases to him many times over the years and have served as co-counsel with him on several cases. Every client I have referred has reported to me that they were highly satisfied with his work. He is adept, quick-witted and thorough. You will be well-represented by Nat."
