I am extremely happy with the outcome of my litigation case. Carlos is one of a kind, not only he went out of the way to make sure I was fairly treated but he also provides me with advice all throughout the case. We hired attorney Osegueda to handle our case regarding a personal injury claim. He handled everything professionally. He was very considerate and listened carefully to all the details. Would highly recommend

I was very nervous about not having any rights as a father to my new born child. I never married the mother and have always heard that North Carolina was not fair to the father. Carlos calmed me down and explained everything to me and squashed my fears.

Very helpful

I hired Carlos because he took the time to get to know myself and my specific case, he was very up front with me about things and was very timely about the work to be done. Without his guidance i dont know that i would have succeeded. Very pleased with his work, and everyone in his office!!

Very thankful.

Carlos was very welcoming and worth every penny. He was easy to get ahold of and always kept me updated. He had a lot of knowledge and I would recommend him to anyone seeking legal assistance. I had previously lost my case without Carlos and thought I had no chance of winning, but his knowledge and effort made all the difference helping me win my case the second time.

Client

This law office is interested in taking consultation fees and after looking into your case they say we don't have resources, they know if they don't have resources in advance. In fact, they aim to get your money first. I consulted them to hire but they took my money for nothing while I asked them about my concern and explained to them not to make consultation appointment if they don't have resources. I my report this to BBB if they don't refund my money.!
