I hired this attorney after seeing his low rates on his webpage. Now I'm familiar with the phrase "to good to be true", but I thought that this attorney had some type of moral compass he would follow. Well, this guy does not! Little did I know that he would do absolutely nothing to help you except ta...ke your money. My interaction was little with him since he never picked up and when he did he was extremely belligerent and seemed disoriented at times. When he showed up to court he was not prepared and very arrogant for some odd reason. I lost and had to pay another lawyer to fix his mistakes. My new lawyer was shocked on his laziness and incompetence. DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY.

I had the pleasure of dealing with him guy for my modification to custody and was very disappointed. He couldn't answer one question simple question honestly, nor give proper advice when needed. I almost felt I hired my ex wife's attorney by his nonchalant attitude and unwillingness to help. By the ...end of the circus show he calls "lawyering" I ended off worst then I started. Ray Charles could have done a better job representing me or the hotdog vender guy outside the court house. After all said and done he decided to not represent me anymore and without giving an explanation on why he backed out except that I didn't follow my court order. I asked kindly for a reason to why he felt that I didn't do exactly what the judge asked of me and guess what, this world class attorney hasn't responded back with a reason. Not surprised? Me either. I plan to file a grievance with the North Carolina State Bar to hopefully prevent this occurring to some other trusting client. I beg you please run away from this attorney unless you enjoy burning money and your time.

I had to finally take the case away from him to another atty. Showed me where luserford had delayed to cost me more money. Was still owed $50K by ex. Said it would take 12mon to recover and more litigation. New lawer recovered all in 10days. Like others said, would not return calls once the jig w...as up. He was knowledged enough to take his client's money. Never, ever hire this guy unless on complete contingency basis.

Once my account was paid in full he would not return my phone calls. Missed medation because he failed to notify me of time and date. Was not experienced in the type of case I hired him for but said he had experience during the consultation. Had me drop the case and refile because of his error in j...udgement which costs more money.
