We retained an attorney in this practice to represent my daughter in her divorce case. She was advised upfront before accepting the case that this was very time sensitive. She assured my daughter that it would be considered an emergency and excepted it as such. Her case was handled with no urgency an...d all she got was a lot of "I'm so sorry", can't take I'm sorry to the bank. I would not recommend this practice, but if you do make sure your case is not time sensitive.

Hired this attorney, he no showed on the first family court hearing. That forfeited all custody of my kids and lost all marital assets. A motion 60 was filed by him, but then motions sat on their desk for almost a year. Which then made it so I lost custody of one child because no contact. But they ha...ve pretty much tried to get me to pay for their wrong doings. Including the high child support. It’s very sad that an attorney can make a mistake like this and appear to be ok with a client losing family and assets.
