I hired Abigail for a child custody matter to have my current order enforced and she failed to deliver. In fact, knowing that time was of the essence, she wasted time that I didn't have before my child aged out and I lost all my leverage. We ended our attorney-client relationship with no progress an...d additionally the information she gave me regarding NC child enforcement was also wrong as I found out months later. Abigail told me that when a child graduates high school your orders are automatically adjusted; however, it was lucky that I called child support because they have to do a case review for any adjustment to be made.
