If you are interested in hiring a attorney run from this lady! She asked for our money upfront to take on a custody matter! First of all she has to referred to statue book to answer any questions you have because she's not knowledgeable about the law! On day of court she was late for court which didn...'t look good from the judges view. During the case she called the defendant by the wrong name which clearly shows she was not prepared for our case at all. Found in contempt of court for something she told us to do! Then when we called her out about the contempt issue she decides to pull off our case with no explanation! Want some not all our money back since she withdrew from our case. She responded with she had so many hours in this case but couldn't even get defendent's name correct! No invoices to show how our money was spent nothing! So I would seriously look in opposite direction from Mrs Lowe when hiring an attorney!

I found myself in a pinch as my parents got older. My Father was sick and I was trying my best to get funeral arraignments, burial plots etc taken care of. Because the town Cemetery is in such a mess and they do not know were people are buried and not buried. Or ancestors that phased lots and never u...sed them are just sitting there. Attorney Lowe was wonderful. She was kind, helpful, extremely informative, gave excellent explanations of processes, options, and outcomes, and charged reasonable rates. She listened to me and took note during the consult, and subsequently was very on the ball when I asked her to represent me. There ...was an error in the process, but it was not her fault and she had already taken care of it by the time I learned of it. She kept me very up to date throughout the process and gave quick but thorough responses to emails. I would recommend her and I would return to her for representation.
