If you are interested in hiring a attorney run from this lady! She asked for our money upfront to take on a custody matter! First of all she has to referred to statue book to answer any questions you have because she's not knowledgeable about the law! On day of court she was late for court which didn...'t look good from the judges view. During the case she called the defendant by the wrong name which clearly shows she was not prepared for our case at all. Found in contempt of court for something she told us to do! Then when we called her out about the contempt issue she decides to pull off our case with no explanation! Want some not all our money back since she withdrew from our case. She responded with she had so many hours in this case but couldn't even get defendent's name correct! No invoices to show how our money was spent nothing! So I would seriously look in opposite direction from Mrs Lowe when hiring an attorney!

I found myself in a pinch as my parents got older. My Father was sick and I was trying my best to get funeral arraignments, burial plots etc taken care of. Because the town Cemetery is in such a mess and they do not know were people are buried and not buried. Or ancestors that phased lots and never u...sed them are just sitting there. My family will forever be grateful for her long hours of reading up on each section of the laws NCGS, City of Hillsborough and Town Cemetery rules (cause they all differ). Bottom line my father got the plot he wanted and so did my mother. She was very personable about my problem. Diligent in keeping in touch with me about what stage we were at or what stage we had not reached. She and her team work well together. Since I was caring for my parents she was very understanding about meeting after hours and times that best met my schedule. I would use her again and I most definitely advise anyone to contact her for services. At least see if she can help because she is so straight forward if she was unable too handle your case.
