Dan Bullard was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 1993. He received his B.A. from Wake Forest University in 1990 and his J.D. in 1993 from Wake Forest University. Mr. Bullard has served as an elected member of the Family Law Counsel of the North Carolina Bar Association and serves as a speaker for many Continuing Legal Education seminars. Mr. Bullard has recently lectured on the topics of “Prosecuting and Defending Alienation and Criminal Conversation Claims,” “Discovery and Pretrial Matters,” “Discovery and Use of Electronic Information,” and “Alimony and Postseparation Support.” Mr. Bullard’s practice primarily focuses on the areas of all areas of family law, representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases, and prosecuting and defending alienation of affections and criminal conversation cases. Mr. Bullard also represents clients in appeals of cases to the North Carolina Court of Appeals and North Carolina Supreme Court. In the community, Dan is an active member of St. Marks Church and has served as a leader in a local scout troop. Through his hobby as a musician, he enjoys playing bass guitar in his church and with bands in the area for charitable organizations. An organization with which he is particularly interested is StepUp of Alamance, which assists families trapped in the affliction of generational poverty.
