Exceeded my every expectation!
Mr. Kurtz expertly guided me through the most challenging time of my life, from initial consultation to the finalization of my divorce. He was the first attorney I'd ever hired and investing in his services turned out to be the best money I've ever spent! He is extremely knowledgeable, very kind and although my situation was unconventional, he devised a great plan and executed it brilliantly. Every email, phone call and visit I had with him, his paralegal and his office was a pleasant one. If you need EXCELLENT representation, you've found it! You won't regret trusting Jon with your case.

Miracle Worker
Mr. Kurtz agreed to take on my complicated third-party custody case. He worked diligently to ensure that I was not only awarded the right to pursue custody, but was actually awarded custody of the daughter I had raised since infancy. Mr. Kurtz is an extremely thorough and organized attorney and was well-prepared for all of the many court hearings we attended. Although he was the professional and was always willing to provide his opinion, Mr. Kurtz let me make the final call about how to proceed with the case, if a decision was required. His communication with me was regular and consistent and responses to all emails or phone calls were always made in a timely manner. I would highly recommend using Mr. Kurtz's legal services for any family law matter!
