Charlie Hall has devoted his entire legal career to helping disabled and injured individuals obtain the benefits they deserve. He is one of 50 attorneys statewide recognized by the North Carolina State Bar as a Board Certified Specialist in Social Security Disability. He handles Disability (Social Security and private disability), Workers Compensation, and automobile accident cases. Charlie enjoys disability and injury law because of the intellectual challenges each case presents and because, “It makes me feel wonderful getting great results for deserving disabled and injuried North Carolinians.”
Charlie has never been drawn to the practice of law to become rich. Charlie spent the first five years of his legal career at Legal Aid of North Carolina, where he helped the neediest North Carolinians obtain justice. While at Genex Services, LLC, he traveled across the country handling a high Social Security Disability caseload. He also started the company's overpayment representation program that helps individuals fight overpayment allegations by the Social Security Administration. He returned home to Winston-Salem and headed the Disability Department at Mike Lewis Attorneys, where he lead a department expansion into Veteran's Disability, Long Term Disability, and Federal Court practice. Additionally, he developed initiatives to increase customer satisfaction/client retention, improve processes and procedures, and increased the total case load by 33% within ten months.
Charlie started the Law Office of Charles F. Hall, IV, on July 4, 2016, with the singular goal of exceeding his client's expectations. He created a new type of law firm that is reflective of cutting edge business practices, truly puts the client first, and fights for the client to obtain justice. He is not in the business of taking only easy cases or negotiating for easy wins. He will fight for his clients, even if that means taking the case to State or Federal Court.
