James Raymond McMinn

I live in Indiana and hired James McMinn. I had two tickets in North Carolina and my license was suspended which were preventing me from obtaining my license in another state. The DMV of NC told me once I pay the tickets online they would reinstate my license. I paid $900.00 and a week later NC suspe...nded my license for another two years. Prior to paying the $900.00 I paid $1090.00 to Indiana for years of unpaid tickets. Unknowingly I paid the tickets which automatically made me plead guilty which lead to a 2yr suspension. I hired James McMinn on a Wednesday, by Friday he had the suspension lifted. Again, I live over 500 miles away. Mr. McMinn allowed me to do everything by phone, email and text. To be honest I did not expect the outcome. Being a pessimist in another state, I feared another stumbling block, the worse but this man moved on my behalf and I highly recommend him. I heard countless stories of how he helped so many people in NC with criminal charges, DWI's etc. and now he have helped me and my family. I was tired of looking over my shoulder, being arrested while driving to work and each time I tried to get my license back, I was denied and faced with more suspension. James is the best lawyer. I would recommend him to anyone who has a dwi or dui. A year ago I was charged with a dui and a couple other minor charges along with that. After searching and searching for a great lawyer who could get me as little of a punishment as possible by this being my second dui, I ...found Mr.McMinn. The outcome of my case was a shock to me. I can't thank Mr.McMinn enough. Went to court on July 29, 2016 not knowing what was going to happen & knowing I didn't have any more continuences. Mr.McMinn told me don't worry I got this. My case was called I ended up having to wait a little longer but waiting a little longer got me an dismissal on my case in the end. A dismissal never crossed my mind but Mr.McMinn told me he had me & that's what he did. I can honestly say he's a man of his word & he knows what he's doing. He's by far the best lawyer ever.

James came highly suggested to me by a close friend after a DWI charge. I was scared to death about the outcome. James reviewed my case and broke it down to me in a very straight forward, human manor. His expertise and knowledge of the law was reflected every time we went to court. Everything he said... would happen, happened. He actually texted me the night before every time we had to go to court. On top if that he was very open to answer any questions and make me feel at ease at anytime, even late at night. He always stayed in contact with me and reached out to make sure I was in complete understanding of what was going on. He even offered to meet with me on a Saturday because of my work schedule. I went to him the day after I realized I had a failure to appear, he went to court the next day and got it dismissed. After multiple continuances, my case went to trial. I had been to several other lawyers in town. I tried to explain to them that my luck had not been going in my favor for a while and did not need another DUI on my record.
