James Mcminn is the best hands down!!!! I had got charged with a DWI almost two years ago. I had contacted Mr. Mcminn and he told me to come down to his office and we talk about my case. MR James McMinn was recommended by a good friend of the family so I when in to get a consultation for my case. I hire him in July 2016. MR McMinn fought my case for a year an six months for me to get the best out come at my trial. At trial MR McMinn argued that the officer testimony an the video did...n't add up to make an arrest in my case. an argued to the judge that the officer was not credible an got my DUI case thrown out and dismissed.
