McMinn for the win!!! I was wrongly fully arrested for a fake charge, with Kernersville police department. I had hired a previous law firm, who wanted me to take probation for a crime I did not commit!!!!!! misdemeanor child abuse without any physical injuries, the alleged crime was on tape!!!!!!... So I went to McMinn's law office. He said they would do their best & did!!!! I even had to go to trial, hiring his team was great money spent. This team will do everything in their power to keep you out of jail. Just make sure you pay them upfront, the best $$$$$$$ spent for a crime I did not commit. I risked losing my job, becoming homeless & everything I work for. I view the "justice" system in North Carolina more differently, it's a judicial system not a justice system. It's a system that will financially ruin you. But McMinn & his team works hard, to get you the justice you deserve.

I'm a procrastinator by nature and I texted McMinn to see if he'd represent me in Kernersville for two larcenies and a marijuana possession charge. Due to the nature of my career these convictions would have changed my life. I would have went from making $30 an hour to around $10 probably. Even thoug...h it was snowing and it was extremely last minute he texted back that he would help me. In court - he was there promptly even though it wasn't even his home city. I spent 6,000 on another lawyer who I won't name trying to beat a DWI I was innocent of (seriously! toxicology proved it) and it went no where. I would have paid 10x the amount McMinn charged to get me out of this mess. He gave me a new chance at life after I had surrounded myself with the wrong people. If you are facing criminal charges or a DWI there is NO OTHER LAWYER around who can do better for you and who will be honest with you. He is available by text 24/7 and is just..... a breath of fresh air when it comes to dealing with lawyers. I know i'm rambling but I owe this man so much. One appearance... no continuations... ALL MY CHARGES WERE DISMISSED!! & he deserved so much more than what he charged. He saved my life & my career and he will try his best to save yours too. If you're reading this it's a sign this is the lawyer you need to go with. You just can't risk something so important with anyone else. Never before have I heard all charges dismissed - it was like a unicorn you only heard of but never saw. James McMinn got it for me. I will forever thank him for saving my career & life.

I had 4 charges including dwi and I walked out of that courtroom free as a bird. It was so fast I didn't even know what happened. I walked up to the front of the courtroom and stood beside Mr. Mcminn and literally 10 seconds later I walked out with not even court cost. Plain and simple, if you wanna... win you had better get Attorney James Mcminn.
