I was having a really rough time and had given up on my case of two DWI's , I was ready to just be sent to Mexico but then my daughter came to me with information about Mr. McMinn we contacted him and he responded very kindly and with our first try, Later on we went to visit him and he gave me hope ...again, that my case could be solved. All through out my case there was a lot of communication and support; which my other past two lawyers had failed to do. When the day of court came there was a continuance at first but then the second one came up and My case was finally dismissed! I felt so happy that day after years of being stressed about my DWI case I could finnaly breath. I absolutely reccomend him for anyone with a DWI and I thank him dearly.

I'm a procrastinator by nature and I texted McMinn to see if he'd represent me in Kernersville for two larcenies and a marijuana possession charge. Due to the nature of my career these convictions would have changed my life. I would have went from making $30 an hour to around $10 probably. Even thoug...h it was snowing and it was extremely last minute he texted back that he would help me. In court - he was there promptly even though it wasn't even his home city. I could definetly tell McMinn had connections but i've consulted him on past cases and he's always been 100% honest with me and what he could do. I don't know what would have happened had I been stuck with these charges. He literally saved my life. I spent 6,000 on another lawyer who I won't name trying to beat a DWI I was innocent of (seriously! toxicology proved it) and it went no where. I would have paid 10x the amount McMinn charged to get me out of this mess. He gave me a new chance at life after I had surrounded myself with the wrong people. If you are facing criminal charges or a DWI there is NO OTHER LAWYER around who can do better for you and who will be honest with you. He is available by text 24/7 and is just..... a breath of fresh air when it comes to dealing with lawyers. I know i'm rambling but I owe this man so much. One appearance... no continuations... ALL MY CHARGES WERE DISMISSED!! & he deserved so much more than what he charged. He saved my life & my career and he will try his best to save yours too. If you're reading this it's a sign this is the lawyer you need to go with. You just can't risk something so important with anyone else. Never before have I heard all charges dismissed - it was like a unicorn you only heard of but never saw. James McMinn got it for me. I will forever thank him for saving my career & life.

I was told that he took care of everything & I was good to go get my license back so that is what I did, shortly after I received a call from him stating that he didn't take care of everything & that I still had to go to court for 4 speeding tickets so that's what I did & 6 months after getting my li...cense back, I lost them again only to have a couple more speeding tickets causing me to loose my license for a year! I wish he would have informed me that I was still gonna lose them right after getting them back! Now I have to get another lawyer to try to take care of it so I can get my license back & keep them for good!
