I cannot praise Ms.Tramontazzoi enough, she’s a wonderful attorney that can make things happen. I was very naive about my charges and she answered all my questions kindly,knowledgeably and promoptly and LISTENED to me about my needs, she was determined to get the best outcome possible for me and she ...never once tried to talk me into a plea deal. I’ll never go back to NC but she was so wonderful I do hope I get to see her again under different circumstances, hire her you won’t regret it.

Anastasia Tramontozzi represented me in Forsyth County, North Carolina, when I had serious criminal charges pressed against me—specifically, Assault on a Female. Anastasia and her team provided the knowledge needed to navigate the laws and process of receiving a DUI in NC. Anastasia was able to walk me step by step through the process. I was extremely anxious about the possible outcomes and she was able to ease my fears by explaining the strategy and options... we had. I could not have asked for a better outcome. She had advised me to complete my community service before the court date and my alcohol assessment and required classes. That was good advice as I believe it showed that I was taking responsibility for the decisions I had made. Her team was able to guide me through the process of obtaining interlock privileges for a year. This allowed me to continue to drive to work and maintain some freedom. When it came time to be able to restore my license there was a clerical error within the DMVs system and it appeared I wasn’t given credit for my year with the interlock. Anastasia and her office manager Liz did a wonderful job of working with me and the DMV. They communicated with me throughout the process. I received credit for my year with the interlock. What a relief! I have my license back with no restrictions. Receiving a DUI is a very serious offense and I would recommend choosing a very knowledgeable lawyer and team to go to bat for you in this difficult situation. I would recommend without hesitation Anastasia to my family and friends if they needed legal assistance.

Attorney Anastasia Tramontozzi is unimaginably amazing. She was initially hired to settle charges involving trafficking and a firearm. Not only did she get those matters settled with a probation only sentence, but she was also able to resolve some old misdemeanor cases at the same time.
