Worst lawyer I've ever retained.

I hired Mr. Nichols to represent me in a traffic case. Other than taking my money, that's the only thing he did for me in my case. As my case was prosecuted he didn't say one word in my defense. I would never recommend him.

Would give this attorney a solid 5 star rating

I have been driving for 48 years,and received my second speeding,and only ticket in 35 years. However I was extremely nervous,I recently moved to North Carolina and had just switched to a different insurance company. I was concerned about an increase in premiums,and points on my license.Dustin T. N...ichols handled my case for me,in a very professional and timely manner,my case was dismissed with no court cost,I am so grateful,and would recommend him to anyone,and certainly would use his services again if needed

Great and affordable service!

Dustin Nichols exceed my expectations. Very professional and efficient. I did not have to worry about anything. My charge was reduced and no points were taken. I would definitely recommend this attorney.

Speeding ticket dismissed

I'm from out of state and was passing through North Carolina. After stopping at a rest stop at the VA - NC border, I forgot to reset my cruise control and was stopped for speeding. I was told by the trooper that I had to appear in traffic court unless I got a lawyer who would appear for me. I re...ceived several letters in the mail offering to represent me but I choose Dustin Nichols and I'm very glad I did. His fee was low and his paralegal, Beth, was very professional and helpful. After Mr. Nichols represented me in traffic court, my speeding charges were dropped and I did not even have to pay a fine. Thank you very much Mr. Nichols.
