Lee Taylor provided superior service while handling my reckless driving citation that I encountered while traveling on I81 thru Rockbridge County, Virginia. Counselor Taylor represented my in a reckless driving case in Rockbridge County in May 2013. We spoke a couple of times prior to the court date as he helped me prepare for the court date. He was in contact with the prosecutor a couple of time before the trial. The prosecutor would not settle prior t...o the trial because of previous traffic offenses. On the day of the trial we met and reviewed the trial process and logistics. I felt prepared when I entered the court room. The end result was a deferred judgement that will result in the reduction of the offense upon the completion of community service. I have finished my assigned community service and Counselor Taylor is following up with the Court to make sure all of the required information and fees have been received. In Virginia, reckless driving is a Class 1 Misdemeanor. Had I not engaged Counselor Taylor, I have no doubt that I would have been found guilty of reckless driving. While waiting for my case to be heard, I observed several similar cases with other defendants and attorneys. I was represented by the best attorney that was in court that day.
