Kent Aaron Gibson

I am from another state and had a wreck in Virginia. Mr. Gibson was able to get my charge of failure to maintain control of a vehicle almost immediately changed to a driving infraction and then dismissed completely. Mr. Gibson represented me in court with a reckless driving charge (89/70). He got it reduced to a mere speeding offense. He was very easy to work with, responded to my emails and returned all my calls very promptly. This favorable outcome has saved me money in the long run; my fines were lowered b...ecause of the reduction in speed, my insurance would not increase significantly and most of all, the Reckless driving charge which is a criminal offense will not be in my record permanently.
