I recently hired Mr. Taylor for a Reckless Driving charge in Rockbridge County. Both Mr. Taylor and his paralegal answered all of my silly questions, as I have never been in this sort of scenario. He is a very reasonable and approachable professional. I know who I will be calling if I have any more t...rouble in that area. The price was worth it and the outcome was good. He is friendly, yet hardworking. I highly recommend him to anyone in a similar situation.

I received a speeding ticket (80 mph in a 70 mph zone) in March and since I live in CT, I called Mr. Taylor (I found his company information on the Internet) to ask if he would represent me in court. He spent time on the phone with me listening to my case and the fact that I had also received a spee...ding ticket the previous year. Based on that previous ticket, he said it would be better for me to appear because the courts are very strict with repeat offenders, and they might look on my situation in a more positive way if I was personally there, instead of being represented by counsel. I did exactly what he said (even though I had to drive 10 hours each way to the court appearance -- I don't fly anymore) and he was totally correct. I was given the opportunity to attend driving school in CT, to send a CT clear driving record to the court and to pay a small fine, so it was not reported to CT or my insurance company. Most important, I still have a clear driving record. I know that Mr. Taylor could have charged me $300-$400 for representing me, but the outcome might not have been as positive, and he was honest enough to decline the business because he didn't believe he could help the situation. He didn't charge me anything for the conversation and his advice was most appreciated.

I HIRED MR TAYLOR LAST SUMMER FOR A RECKLESS DRIVING 87 /70 HAVENT HAD POINTS ON MY LICENSE IN OVER 10 YEARS. He was very responsive the first 3 times we spoke, but after i hired him he was very difficult to reach! HE ADVISED ME "THAT HE WOULD DO HIS BEST" BUT I HAD NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT HE KNOWS E...VERYONE REAL GOOD. I GOT MY DMV RECORDS AND WENT TO A DRIVING IMPROVEMENT CLASS. ABOUT 6 MONTHS LATER I FURTHER FIND OUT THAT HE DIDNT DO ANYTHING FOR ME, IM FOUND GULITY, AND HAVE 8 POINTS ON MY LICENSE THAT FOLLOWS ME BACK TO MISSOURI. " Mr. Taylor took my $600 and did nothing for me" HE DID NOTHING TO KEEP ME INFORMED AND AVOIDED ME AFTER I PAID HIM. I received my first ever ticket for reckless driving by speed (91/70) at the end of September. After searching websites such as this one, I contacted Mr. Taylor after receiving my ticket and was impressed by how quickly he responded to my request and how much advice and information he gave me even be...fore I had officially requested him to serve as my attorney. The staff was also so accommodating and friendly, and I was also very impressed with the price of his representation! Mr. Taylor made me feel extremely comfortable at my court date and was extremely upfront and honest with me about how he felt the trial would go and what to expect. He was easy to talk to and was very professional. It was also very nice to see that he was friendly with and even joked around with the officers and prosecutors present at the court house. The hearing itself went very well and we got an even better outcome than we had really expected! I received a deferred judgment with a 12 month probation time along with community service, but will have the reckless driving charge dropped completely as long as those two conditions are carried out. Overall I am extremely pleased with the outcome and would not at all hesitate to ask Mr. Taylor for representation again. He is fantastic!
