Professional Attorney

I was speeding on I-81 in the Lexington, Va area, live in NJ & needed a Professional Attorney to represent me. After checking this website, reading the Bio on Atty Lee Taylor, and speaking to others by telephone in the community, I contacted Mr. Taylor's office. We conversed over the telephone and... I received sound practical advice. Everything Mr Taylor told me, that day, he would do was thoroughly & professionally accomplished. Mr Taylor suggested I attend an 8 hr AAA driver training course rather than an on-line course. This advice played a major factor in the judges decision because the Judge knew, by my actions, I was serious about what I had done and the far reaching implications of speeding. Mr Taylor had the court date changed to give me time to attend the AAA course and for him to become familiar with the details of my case. The day before the rescheduled court appearance, Mr Taylor met with me in his office to review exactly what would transpire in court. He allayed my fears & I knew once meeting Mr. Taylor that this was a professional man of integrity. The next day we met outside the courtroom and when called before the judge, Mr Taylor had all of the supporting documentation ready to substantiate my testimony. He asked relevant questions to keep me on track & I felt he did an outstanding job representing me. It was most obvious that Mr Taylor has developed a tremendous respect over the years from the Judge, prosecutor and members of the court. I could sense their total appreciation for Mr Taylor's honesty & integrity. I do not plan on speeding anywhere, nevertheless in the great State of Va; however, if I needed an Atty in the Lexington, Va area I would go to Mr. Taylor immediately. He truly is an outstanding Attorney with the highest degree of character and I highly recommend him.

Reckless driving Speeding ticket in Rockbridge County

I got caught speeding in Rockbridge county well over 20 mph and got lucky that I didn't go to jail that day. In my research for a good attorney I called several and I spoke to Mr. Taylor. He took the time for a phone consultation to answer all my questions even though I wasn't his client yet. I real...ly liked the way he presented all the things I had to do and several options for my case. His helpfulness and honesty led me to hire his law firm. Mr.Taylor and his firm worked with me step by step to provide different options that would help my case (traffic school, community service, speedometer calibration, etc). I live in Florida and traveled there for the day of court, well worth it! Because Mr. Taylor had prepared everything so well and explained to me everything that would happen, we had a great outcome and my ticket was reduced to a regular speeding ticket. I know that this is a rare outcome at such a high speed in rockbridge county, but thanks to Mr. Taylor and his team and expertise (and my following their directions), we were able to achieve the best result. I highly recommend Mr. Taylor and his firm.

Exemplary Attorney

I was pulled over and charged with reckless driving (87 in a 70 zone). I had a speeding ticket within a year and other in 2007. I would have certainly been convicted if it were not for Mr. Taylor's excellent service. Mr. Taylor is a very reliable and trustworthy attorney, with extraordinary knowledge... and skill. His professionalism is exemplary. He did the most thorough preparation before we appeared in court. He represented me extremely well and made an impossible case work. The charge was dropped! I most enthusiastically recommend Mr. Taylor!

Speeding ticket

I was given a speeding ticket in VA a couple of months ago. I am new to this Country so I didn't know any lawyer I could contact for assistance. I had a look on Internet and found the names of a few layers working in the area where my case was going to be discussed. When I spoke with Mr Taylor I imm...ediately knew he was going to be the one I wanted. He was very professional, explaining in details the possible consequences of my traffic offense and his plan of action to give me the best chance of a favorable outcome. He was also very reassuring and I had the feeling I could trust him. My confidence in him was not misplaced. The court verdict exceeded my expectations: my charge was dismissed! I am very grateful to Mr Taylor and would definitely recommend him.

High Praise for Lee Taylor!

Roughly 2 and a half months ago I was pulled over on I-81 for driving 84 MPH in a 70 MPH zone, which, in Virginia, is a Reckless Driving offense. 2 days later, I solicited the legal help of Mr. Taylor, and from the first moment we spoke I knew that I was in the hands of an honest, knowledgable expert.... I spoke to Mr. Taylor extensively in the months leading up to my trial, and he was extremely thorough in collecting all of the necessary facts and documents for the trial, as well as extremely patient in explaining the process to me and quelling each of my many concerns. On the first day we spoke, Mr. Taylor assured me that he would get my charge reduced. After defending me at the trial with the level of expertise that I came to expert from Mr. Taylor from each of our exchanges over the past 2 months, the charge is going to be dismissed (pending 6 months of advisement). Truly, I could not have been more impressed with my experience with Mr. Taylor, and I recommend him to anyone in need of legal counsel.
