Highly Recommended

I hired Mr. Taylor to represent me for Reckless Driving (82/60) in Botetourt County. A friend of mine that used his services last year recommended him to me. As soon as I called his office to inquire about his services I knew Mr. Taylor was knowledgable on the subject. Within minutes he made recomm...endations to me about actions to take pretrial. He was also very easy to get in contact with and was happy to answer all of my questions. On the day of court he arrived early to speak with me and to explain how everything would proceed, which gave me confidence even though I knew it would be a long shot to have the charge reduced. Mr. Taylor ended up speaking with the prosecuting attorney before the Judge came into the room and struck a deal to reduce the charge to Speeding 79/60. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend him to everyone.

Great counsel, great outcome...and even better people!

After being found guilty of reckless driving in traffic court, I switched to Mr Taylor's services for an appeal. It was evident from day one that Mr Taylor and his team were knowledgeable, straightforward, and eager to give me the best possible legal representation that they could. Mr Taylor and his ...staff kept me informed and in front of all the requirements and possibilities of my case and trial; as well as answering my endless questions. Despite the overwhelming odds against me, and due to Mr Taylor's representation, the court reduced the charge to speeding and handed me the most favorable outcome I could have hoped for. Mr Taylor and his staff not only provided me with superior legal support, but throughout the entire process their warm personable attention created a family environment with which (despite the circumstances of our acquaintance) I am honored to have been associated.

Good Lawyer

Mr. Taylor did a great job in representing me in court. He kept me informed to all the information needed to prepare a good case. I was well pleased with the court's decision.

Wish I used him...

I actually did not use Mr.Taylor's services, although I am wishing I had. He was very informative and truthful in the outcome I should have expected in my case. I truly believe he would do anything to fight for his clients as he said he would "bend over backwards for me".

Possession

A simple traffic stop for window tent, turned into a search. During the search a smoking pipe and small amount of marijuana was found. The case was simple but had a few rough edges, I knew I needed an attorney. I called Mr. Taylor he seemed to be interested and felt we had a shot at the case. He was ...very knowledgeable of the terms to use in the court room an had the officer back peddling. He is very respective to his clients and seems to be well known in the court house. The first court date Mr. Taylor done all the talking, he is very smooth and knew what to say in response to the officers words on the case. The case was continued, due to argument of was there an illegal search, but i felt like we had it won. The following time Mr.Taylor and the officer had to write letters of why the case should be in there favor. The second time in court lasted all of 5 mins and the judge dismissed the case. If your looking for an attorney to represent you Mr.Taylor should not be over looked. His prices compete with the rest, but there fair for his job. He also put in a lot of extra work on my case and I was please with the outcome. We all know possession is 9/10 of the law to win the case was magnificent. Thank you Taylor & Taylor lawfirm
