Lee R. Taylor

First and foremost Lee is a true gentlemen. I am an out of state driver who was charged with exceeding 80 mph. Everyone knows by now that this is considered reckless driving in Virginia. Lee and his staff were excellent. They told me exactly what I had to do before my trial. I did everything the...y asked of me. Lee was prepared and very reassuring but honest in his assessment. He knew most of the key players at the courthouse. Through his guidance and expertise, he was able to have by charge reduced to a "regular" speeding ticket. I HIGHLY recommend you call him and do everything they ask before your trial.

Excellent preparation and handling of a case that may have resulted in jail time. Mr. Taylor acted with extreme adaptability when faced with changing circumstances. At the very last minute, he became aware that there would be a visiting judge. Mr. Taylor sat in on several cases to determine how th...is judge reacted and handed down decisions. Once called into the courtroom, the case going on at the time was very similar to what Mr. Taylor would be defending. He conferred with the Public Defender and secured a very favorable decision based upon the judge's ruling in the previous case. It was, in my opinion, a brilliant strategy. Although Mr. Taylor prepared us, he saw the opportunity to work with the prosecutor and the appearance took all of 10 minutes.

I recently hired Mr. Taylor for a Reckless Driving charge in Rockbridge County. Both Mr. Taylor and his paralegal answered all of my silly questions, as I have never been in this sort of scenario. He is a very reasonable and approachable professional. I know who I will be calling if I have any more t...rouble in that area. The price was worth it and the outcome was good.
