The worst.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would! This attorney who is listed as a bankruptcy lawyer is currently assigned to my mother in laws criminal case. I have been by his office called numerous times and can't get him to go see his client or schedule a bond hearing. He doesn't care about any evidence I hav...e to show him. They ignore my calls now when I call cause other people will call after me and someone miraculously answers after my call isn't. If you want to stay in jail, have no defense at all, then you've found your attorney right here! I have dealt with a few attorneys, paid and court appointed, and this one really takes the cake on being the absolute WORST!

Mike Thomas ROCKS!

I hired Mike to help me work my way through bankruptcy. That was a traumatic enough event, but he was kind and professional, knows his business and set me straight when needed. Exactly the right person to do the work. Part of what drove me to bankruptcy was a rather draconian divorce settlement. ...In Mike's words, "Dude, you were screwed." After the bankruptcy was in place, my ex-wife decided she wanted to go after "optional" monies from the divorce decree. Because of my financial status, I am not able to comply. Undeterred, she pressed her legal council to attempt several methods to secure this extra bit from me. Mike has handled all of these in his most professional and efficient manner. He keeps me informed and keeps my interests on top. I am so very lucky to have found him, purely by chance and in a desperate time. I will be his client for a long, long time.

Mike has been so helpful and has been so helpful in answering questions about the bankruptcy!!!!!!! I recommend him to all of you!!!!!!

Wow

Mike Thomas is the real deal — top to bottom. He saw me for what I was — a good man who had been put through the works by his children’s mother. This man was available any time of day to talk and discuss all 3 of my pending matters. He was able to get me through my divorce, and get a not-guilty verdi...ct on some bogus allegations. My custody case is ongoing. I would rehire him all week and twice on Sunday. You can’t go wrong here!

I was referred to Mr. Thomas by a co-worker who sung his praises in cost and in court. Initially he seemed very concerned and determined to give me an outcome in my favor. I paid all up front and from there he was impossible to reach. I had orders that I got cancelled to stay and fight for custody an...d not once did Mr. Thomas challenge for custody like I had asked too. My ex was arrested for DWI, spent time in jail, I had proof of her letting our 16 moth old son ingest ambien under her watch, as well violating her terms by blowing into her alcohol interlock with liquor on her breath and not once did he make an effort in my favor. Additionally when it came time for the separation agreement and divorce decree he asked for my input and completely ignored it both time sending me back agreements without any of the changes I had asked for. The entire time I was fighting with my alcoholic of an ex I was fighting to be acknowledged by my own counsel. I hope moving forward no one gambles with something as important as custody on this law firm. The moral of the story is if you pay bargain prices with a flat rate lawyer you get bargain services.
