Gordon Carmalt Klugh

Mr. Klugh was the first lawyer I went to about my separation/divorce. He worked with me for over 5 years and always kept me informed and worked with me throughout the process. I would and will recommend him to anyone needing a lawyer.

I was receiving daily phone calls from a junk-debt buyer in NY. It was making my life miserable, they would call me day and night. I emailed Mr. Klugh late one night, after finally having enough of these calls, & he showed up the NEXT MORNING to discuss everything with me in person. I really appreciated him going out of his way to come to me, as he could understood how upsetting these collection calls were making me. Mr. Klugh agreed to take my case, he wrote the Collection Agency a strongly worded letter, and I never heard from them again! Mr. Klugh is honestly the best lawyer I have ever used.

Mr. Klugh took over my mess of a divorce case behind two previous lawyers. Mr. klugh was hired after seven years of getting the run around from the two previous lawyers. He was able to get the divorce completed in approximately 18 months. After reviewing my case, it seems as if Mr. Klugh took a special interest in helping me. For a young lawyer, I will trust and recommend him to handle any case within his scope of practice and will recommend the same to anyone I know.

Mr. Klugh did a great job informing me of procedures related to my case as well as assisting/directing me what forms I should file. My case was a little tricky, and highly emotional (to me) and it was very helpful to have some direct, concrete information regarding what I should and shouldn't do before my court date arrived. He always returned calls promptly which was pure icing on the cake. While, the situation regarding me to see an attorney was not pleasant in the least, I can honestly say that Mr. Klugh made the process much, much better than had I not seen him. I have recommended him to friends and will happily continue to do so.

Gordon Klugh prizes his closeness to the court beyond the client when hired as a public defender. Mr. Klugh could do good work only if he agrees with you absolutely. If he doesn't agree absolutely, for me he left out key details to leave me with a lifetime disadvantage - I accepted the offer Mr. Klugh offered to me. I had the plea agreement ready for me only when the court was in session and people were waiting on me. I wrongfully trusted my attorney Mr. Klugh. Mr. Klugh sided opposite of facts relevant to me (as a defendant with this public defender). I was able to knock out a charge against me by bringing to light what Mr. Klugh did not from the legal system. With my trust in Mr. Klugh, the court process ended because I had trust in Mr. Klugh and signed a plea agreement which was not prepared for me ahead of time as expressed to Attorney Klugh but ready only when the court was in session, people were waiting on me, and I mistakenly trusted Mr. Klugh and accepted an erroneous expression of preeminent conclusion on what my thinking was on a day in the past as written only by the party extending this offer - the plaintiff. Mr. Klugh works for having the experience and acceptance of the court: he will not help you complete honest work of correct legal expression because he prizes his own life's appearance by argument. He would not side against a generalized majority opinion: it's simple enough to do without the thinking. Simple enough to push a pen. Simple enough to make you push carts.
