Very responsive!

Intermediate appellate court reversed, jury verdict obtained under federal law in favor of injured railroad worker was reinstated.

Verdict was reversed and case remanded for new trial limited to damages. This was ultimately reversed by Maryland's highest appellate court and the verdict reinstated.
