Presents information to the court as fact when she has zero objective data to back it up. Seems to me she is bringing her personal and political views into the courtroom instead of the truth and the law. Blatantly biased during my case. Maybe she should spend less time taking selfies and actually do... her job. I feel terrible for anyone who has her court appointed to their case.

During my initially meeting with Ms. Miller, she instantly made me comfortable. Before we started to discuss my situation I asked her if I could present some questions I had prepared for this meeting, which she answered all of them and stated that she wished all of her customers would come as prepare...d, she encouraged it. She also ensured I understood the retainer agreement and divorce questionnaire, which she provided via email. During our conversation, Ms. Miller listened attentively and made notes accordingly. Ms. Miller kept me informed throughout the entire process, adding me to her emails conversations with the opposing attorney. What I really found great was that she made it possible for me to communicate with her via email instead of making office visits. Ms. Miller also informed me during my initially visit that she would have paralegals working my case as well, she also provided me their names. Ms. Miller presented and conducted herself in a professional manner and yes, I would recommend her to others and yes, should I need one again, she would be my first choice without questions.

I retained Ms Miller for my custody case. She was interested in billing me more than helping me. She also made me feel like I had lost the case even before we went to trial. She billed me practically for anything she could, including text message and email communications. I was willing to pay her as ...long as I had hope of getting custody of my kids. But the real eye opener came when I was ordered to pay an interim child support whiles we wait for trial. She told me in front of the other attorney that Maths wasn't her strongest suit and that the other attorney should go ahead and calculate how much I was to pay as a temporary order. She also constantly threatened to drop my case, anytime she sent a bill and I did not have money to pay her on time. She eventually dropped me as a client after taking more than $8000 from me. To me, that was the best favor she did for me because I was able to find another attorney who charged me $4000 and was able to help me win custody of my kids. Dealing with Ms Miller was perhaps the most disrespected and helpless I have ever felt, because each time I talked to her I felt like I was bothering her rather than going to her for help. I would never recommend her services to my worst enemy. She may have passed the bar and have a license showing she is a lawyer but with her attitude towards me, I don't see how she can be successful in her chosen profession. Funny thing is, if she had treated me well and I even lost custody of my kids, I would have felt like she did her best for me, and wouldn't mind referring others to her. But dealing with her was a nightmare. Ms Miller, if you are reading this I want you to know that the best way to be a successful business woman is through referrals. So if you are going to treat others like you treated me, you would soon be working retail, because in my opinion you took my money and left me hanging. You know who I am so I don't need to post my name.
