I contacted Matthew Ballard for my free legal consultation, 2 minutes in; I knew he was my guy! Mere words will never fully express how grateful I am for Matt Ballard. When I was faced with severe criminal charges for the first time in my life, Matt never left my side. I had been accused of "Possession With Intent to Distribute Heroin" and "Transporting Heroin into Virginia". In retrospect,... Matt continued to work ceaselessly, on my behalf, and drafted a "bulletproof" brief that ended with The Virginia Court of Appeals "affirming" the decision of the lower court. It was established that the arrest, "violated my Fourth Amendment rights." All of my charges were officially dismissed. Today, I remain forever thankful for Matthew Ballard.
