Grover Baxley is a true professional, and is beyond reproach. I was falsely accused of multiple counts of misconduct that could have been punished by prison and a less than honorable discharge. My nightmare began two years ago when a disgruntled subordinate sailor filed extensive misconduct and harassment charges against me.
