About Amy
Biography
Amy graduated from Anderson University with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science and a minor in French. She then went to Regent University School of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate. While at Regent she participated in the Family Mediation Clinic and worked as an intern at the Elder Law Center of the Legal Aid Society of Eastern Virginia. She also participated in an International Human Rights study abroad program in Strasbourg, France. While there, she studied under former Attorney General, John Ashcroft, observed the arguing of a case before the Cour Européenne des Droits de l'Homme (European Court of Human Rights), and met with various foreign dignitaries at European Center for Law and Justice.
Amy is admitted before the Virginia Supreme Court and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. She is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the Virginia Bar Association, and The Virginia Trial Lawyers Association.
Amy is married to a member of the United States Navy. As a military wife, she understands the additional struggles that military families face. Her desire is to help families navigate the legal system with dignity and restore peace to their lives.

Very helpful
I would highly recommend Mrs. Holland... She is extremely knowledgeable and caring. I worked with her to draw up wills for myself and my new husband. She also helped out with some previous debt issues that she was able to help me square away. She's very fair and always willing to help.
